Come and get your holiday spirit started with a visit to the Bakersville Animated Gingerbread Village  The village opens Saturday, December 1^st, and runs through to Wednesday, January 2^nd. This is the 23^rd year for this community project that is located in the Kent Farndale Gallery within the Scugog Public Memorial Library. Admission is free to this spectacular indoor village made with fresh gingerbread creations supplied by the community, complete with miniature villagers, moving snowboarders, skaters and a train. The event is open during regular operating library hours and is located at 231 Water Street in Port Perry. Make sure you and your family visit this magical village during the Christmas season-you don’t want to miss it!
