Port Perry Service HUB Community Events

10:00 AM| 294 Queen St, Port Perry

North House and the Region of Durham have partnered together to bring a service hub to Port Perry. The HUB aims to remove transportation and technology barriers for low-income residents of Scugog by bringing social service supports to one location, one day per month. Services include: OW/ODSP, employment services, mental health and addiction services, housing and addictions services, senior and family services, and harm reduction services. The HUB will be at Port Perry United Church every first Wednesday of each month. If you have questions about the HUB, please email ppservicehub@nortthhouse.ca

Remembrance Day Ceremony Community Events

10:30 AM| 3440 Church St, Blackstock

Blackstock Lions will be hosting a ceremony for Remembrance Day at the Main Hall of the Blackstock Recreation center at 10:30 am.  The ceremony will migrate to the Cenitaph, at the corner of Old Scugog rd and Church st., for 11:11.  After the moment of silence, the ceremony will be concluded back at the Recreation Center with a lunch put on by the Blackstock Lions Club.

The Port Perry High School Holiday Craft Show is being held on Saturday, November 26, 2022 from 10am-3pm. This is a fundraiser for the PPHS Music Department. We have 85 vendors selling all kinds of handmade crafts.

The Port Perry High School Music Department will be hosting their annual Holiday Craft Show again on Saturday, November 26, 10:00-3:00. We have 85 vendors coming selling their crafts: jewelry, jams and jellies, knitting, woodworking, quilting, Christmas ornaments, crocheting, chocolate treats, baking, LED lanterns, sewing, stone art, paintings, photography, holiday greenery, spices, pottery, gift baskets, stained glass,....  So please come out and support the PPHS Music Department and do some holiday shopping.
